(Finance) – Eni announced that he had purchasedbetween 23 and 27 December 2024, as part of the second tranche of the buyback program, in total 3,914,579 treasury shares (equal to 0.12% of the share capital), at the weighted average price of 12.7728 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 49,999,993.23 euros.
Starting from the start of the second tranche of the buyback program on 13 June 2024, Eni purchased 109,609,796 treasury shares (equal to 3.34% of the share capital) for a total value of 1,522,563,618.91 euros.
Considering the treasury shares already in portfolio and the purchases made since the start of the buyback program on May 27, 2024, Eni holds 201,220,123 treasury shares equal to 6.13% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, in Milan, the day was little changed compared to the previous closing for the Six-legged Dog Societywhich is positioned at 13.48 euros.
