(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Enichaired by Giuseppe Zafarana, in today’s meeting, resolved to distribute to shareholders the second of the four tranches of the delivery in place of the 2023 dividendbased on available reserves, of euro 0.23 (on a total annual disbursement, in place of the dividend, equal to 0.94 euros).
The disbursement, due to each share in circulation, has a coupon detachment date of November 20, 2023with commissioning payment on November 22, 2023in line with what was resolved by the Assembly of 10 May 2023.
For owners of ADRs registered by November 21, 2023, listed on the New York Stock Exchange and each representing two Eni shares, the first tranche of the disbursement will be 0.46 euros for ADR, payable on December 7, 2023.
