(Telestock) – Eni has announced that it has purchasedbetween 2 and 6 September 2024, under the second tranche of the buyback programme, overall 4,007,068 treasury shares (equal to 0.12% of the share capital), at the weighted average price of 14.3480 euros per share, for a counter value Of 57,493,384.69 euros.
Since the launch, on June 13, 2024, of the second tranche of the buyback program, Eni has purchased 40,348,847 treasury shares (equal to 1.23% of the share capital) for a total value of 578,290,848.39 euros.
Considering the treasury shares already in portfolio and the purchases made since the start of the buyback program on May 27, 2024, Eni holds 136,969,919 treasury shares equal to 4.17% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, at Piazza Affari, the Six-Legged Dog Society extends the gains compared to the previous session, settling at 13.86 euros.
