(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Eni has resolved to distribute to the shareholders the fourth of the four tranches of the provision in place of 2023 dividendbased on available reserves, of 0.23 euros (on a total annual disbursement, in place of the dividend, equal to 0.94 euros) for each share in circulation on the ex-dividend date of 20 May 20242, with payment on 22 May 2024, in line with what was resolved by the Meeting of 10 May 2023.
For the holders of ADRs registered by May 21, 2024, listed on New York Stock Exchange and each representing two Eni shares, the fourth tranche of the disbursement will be 0.46 euros per ADR, payable on 7 June 2024.
