(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Enichaired by Lucia Calvosa, resolved today of distribute the former to shareholders of the four tranches of dividend 2022 evenbased on available reserves.
The agreement is equal to 0.22 euroscompared to a total annual dividend of € 0.88, which will be distributed to each share in circulation on the ex-dividend date of September 19, 2022, with payment on 21 September 2022in line with what was announced on 18 March on the occasion of Capital Markets Day and with what was resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on 11 May.
To holders of ADRs registered by 20 September 2022, listed on the New York Stock Exchange and each representing two Eni shares, the first dividend tranche distributed will be of 0.44 euros for ADRpayable on October 7, 20224.
