(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Enertronica Santernoa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and which operates in the energy and power electronics sector, has stipulated with illimity Bank a loan agreement of 10 million euros, which is divided into: factoring lines (2 million); a specific unsecured credit line (1.75 million) aimed at settling the VAT credit; urgent medium-long term cash finance (6.25 million).
The disbursement of the pre-deductible loan is expected by the end of current month of Januaryreads a note.
On January 10, the company announced that the Court of Bologna had granted the authorization to take out emergency financing (for a total amount of 10 million compared to the 10.75 million initially requested).
