My energy comparator: a simple solution for municipalities

The Banque des Territoires has created “My Energy Comparator”: a simple, free and registration-free digital tool that gives access in a few clicks to the estimated energy consumption of buildings located in a given municipality.

This tool allows municipalities to identify a first level of energy, ecological and financial impact for buildings located in the municipality, to visualize the energy savings necessary to comply with regulations, and to compare the consumption of certain buildings (school, gymnasium, swimming pool) to the national average.

“My Energy Comparator” allows you to raise awareness of the challenges of energy renovation at the level of your municipality, and to convince elected officials of the importance of the theme.

58,000 views recorded by “My Energy Comparator”, the online tool launched at the end of 2019 by the Banque des Territoires to enable those involved in energy renovation to measure the level of expenditure and consumption of public assets.

Prioreno

In partnership with the State, Enedis and GRDF, the Banque des Territoires has launched “Prioréno”, a free artificial intelligence service that allows local authorities to adopt a global strategic vision of their public real estate stock.

This free and intuitive digital service provides all types of local authorities (belonging to the Enedis and/or GRDF network) with all the consumption data for almost all public buildings in the territory.

“Prioréno” allows local authorities to develop their energy transition strategy, and to facilitate the decision of elected officials as to the choice of renovations to be considered as a priority.

To note :

The “My Energy Comparator” and “Prioréno” devices are not available in Corsica and overseas.

Oise: Rantigny is committed thanks to “Prioréno”

The city of Rantigny, the Banque des Territoires and the Syndicat d’énergie de l’Oise have signed the first agreement of the “Prioréno” system in the Oise to facilitate the decision of elected officials regarding the renovation of public buildings.

With “Prioréno”, this municipality of 2,500 inhabitants now has the possibility of obtaining a vision of its housing stock, the characteristics of the buildings that make it up and their energy consumption, in order to prioritize the renovation projects to be implemented.

The community can thus focus its analysis on specific types of public buildings, such as school buildings.

The Banque des Territoires is an eminently territorial network. In total, some 850 experts, women and men in the field, work at the heart of the territories, with communities and social housing organizations, to respond as quickly as possible to needs. This local network, which has been further strengthened in recent years, allows local elected representatives to have a referent interlocutor, capable of advising them on the solutions best suited to their challenges. From the most ambitious to the most modest, the Banque des Territoires can indeed finance all types of projects, for communities of all sizes.
