(Finance) – “Green has a huge impact on the Italian economy. We are a transformative country, consequently we must intervene in our production processes on the decarbonisation front, because we still have energy production with a strong fossil base. Where possible we must move to renewables, where it is not possible to decarbonise production we must intervene with the capture of Co2”. This is what the Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin, on the sidelines of the press conference to present Ecoworld.
