(Finance) – Il Energy group communicated the calendar of corporate events for the entire year, reporting that during the month of November 2025, on a date to be subsequently established, a meeting with the financial community for the presentation of the update of the Group’s corporate strategies.
The management of Enel also announced that the payment of the dividends during the year 2025, as follows:
• January 22nd 2025: payment ofadvance payment on the dividend for the 2024 financial year, with an ex-dividend date of January 20;
• July 23 2025: payment of balance of the dividend for the 2024 financial year, with an ex-dividend date of 21 July.
