(Finance) – The CEO of Enel Flavio Cattaneoaccompanied by the director of external relations Nicolò Mardeganby the director Rest of the World Roberto Deambrogio And by the country manager Pedro José Canamero Gonzàlezflew to Mexico City for two days of institutional meetings with representatives of the Centralmerican government and local stakeholders.
During the visit to the country, in which the group is the largest renewable energy operator with 3 GW of overall capacity, Enel’s leaders met the Energy Minister Luz Elena Gonzales Escobar and the Minister of Economy Marcelo Jewish.
The journey, in line with the RAfforive commitment of International Advocacy of the group, represented an opportunity to carry on the dialogue with the Mexican government with a view to public-private cooperation to support the country’s energy transition.
