(Finance) – Is in the published the “Quarterly Bulletin” containing the Group’s operating data for the fourth quarter and the year 2023. The Report, published in advance of the approval by the Enel Board of Directors and the disclosure of the economic-financial data contained in the periodic accounting documents, “aims to further strengthen the transparency of the Group towards the financial community, in line with the best practices of the most advanced markets”.
In 2023 the Enel group achieved 75% “emission free” production, with an increase of 10% compared to the previous year. In detail, according to operational data released by the group, coal production fell by 45.5%.
In Italy, renewable production increased by approximately 21% compared to 2022, while electricity production from conventional sources fell by 32%.
