(Finance) – Starting from today evening, November 24th and until dawn on November 26th, the headquarters in Rome of ENAV SpA, the company that manages civil air traffic in Italy, will be lit in red to mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The purpose is to raise awareness public opinion on the issue of gender violence.
Confirming the ENAV Group’s continuous commitment to gender issues, l‘The company has approved the new Group Code of Ethics which strengthened the concepts of dignity, freedom, parity, respect and equality, with the aim of consolidating the values and principles of behavior that everyone must adhere to both in carrying out company activities and in relationships with the subjects with whom the Company interfaces.
ENAV has also equipped itself with a Regulation against abuse and harassment in the workplace and the Trusted Advisor was appointed, a figure of guarantee external to the company, with the task of protecting employees and highlighting harassing or discriminatory behaviors aimed at women and men in the workplace.
