(Finance) – Theshareholders’ meeting Of ENAVa company that manages civil air traffic in Italy and listed on Euronext Milan, has approved the balance 2023 and to distribute a dividend equal to 124.5 million euros, corresponding to 0.23 euros per share. The dividend will be paid on May 29, 2024 with ex-dividend date May 27, 2024 and record date May 28, 2024.
Among other things, the members approved the Report on the policy of remuneration and on the fees paid, the assignment of the role of legal audit of the accounts for the years 2025-2033 to PricewaterhouseCoopers, resolved to approve the amendment to the Articles of Association providing for the possibility of participation of those entitled to participate in the meeting through the designated representative.
