A man who was previously employed at the Defense Radio Agency (FRA) has been charged with stealing FRA equipment, reports SVT Nyheter Öst.
The suspected crime took place in 2018 when one of FRA’s stations on Gotland was decommissioned. The man took the equipment with him and sold it on auction sites.
The total value of the equipment, which included radios and circuit boards, amounted to around SEK 300,000, according to the indictment.
