Just before Christmas, the district court’s cleaners discovered a person lying uncovered in one of the courtrooms, states The Express.
The woman lying on the floor turned out to be an employee of the court, which is located in Western Sweden.
The woman was accompanied by two men
The employer then saw in the surveillance system how the woman got in at night via the entrance of the district court together with two men. After that, the surveillance system must have caught when the woman lets the men out the next morning and then goes back into the room again, where she was later discovered by the cleaner.
According to Expressen, the woman claimed that it was not appropriate to go home as she was drunk and chose to lie down on the floor instead.
In the personnel responsibility board’s report, it is stated that the woman should have subsequently sent an email to her colleagues at the court to tell them how sorry she was about what happened.
The employer writes in the report that what happened is being taken seriously and that disciplinary action is recommended. But what it is is not clear.
