(Finance) – Emma Villasa leading company in Italy in the vacation rental sector (short-term rentals) of luxury villas and estates, announces that, today, the Alternate Mayor Guglielmo Mariotti has resigned, effective June 26, 2024for personal reasons independent of the Company.
At the next Shareholders’ Meeting, we read in a note, the integration of the Board of Statutory Auditors will be resolved upon, with the appointment of an Alternate Auditor to replace Guglielmo Mariotti.
