Clément Daniez: Hello Charlotte! Do you have any idea which country we are going to talk about?
Charlotte Baris: With the return of war to the Middle East and Ukraine, I am tempted to say Russia or Israel…
Clément Daniez: Well no, it’s a trap! This is the France we are talking about. It lost 18 between 2016 and 2023, or approximately 7% of the total number of diplomatic representations. And there’s a very simple reason for that, I’ll tell you why.
