Attorney Mike Ringler writes in the letter that Twitter has not “fulfilled its contractual obligations”. According to Musk, Twitter has not provided the information required by the contract.

“Twitter has failed or refused to provide this information,” the lawyer wrote, adding that Twitter both “ignored” and “rejected” many of Musk’s questions.
