Elon Musk leveled his hero in Path of Exile 2 while attending Trump’s inauguration

The inauguration of Donald Trump as President of the USA took place on January 20th. One of the guests was Elon Musk, who could also be seen on TV. But as a Twitch streamer notes, Musk’s account was also active in Path of Exile 2 and played a map there. The clip goes viral.

Elon Musk is considered one of the richest people in the world, but also one of the most controversial. After Trump was sworn in, Musk made a gesture that was widely interpreted as a Hitler salute.

This is the situation: In recent months, Elon Musk has emerged as a standout player in action role-playing games like Diablo 4 and Path of Exile 2. He was at the top of the rankings and had an excellently equipped character to offer.

In interviews he boasted about his excellent playing skills. In a conversation with podcaster Joe Rogan, for example, he explained how gaming at an “extremely high level of difficulty” has a positive effect on his mental performance (via YouTube). If you have to concentrate fully, it is relaxing. This purifies the mind.

But in a live stream in which he played Path of Exile 2 himself, it became clear that Musk apparently has no idea what he is doing in the game. When he was criticized for apparently sharing the account and letting others play for him, he responded aggressively and attacked one of his critics, Twitch streamer Asmongold.

However, he has now publicly admitted that he lets others play on his account and apparently thinks there is nothing objectionable about it.

Path of Exile 2 is one of the most popular games in gaming at the moment:

Now one Twitch streamer noticed this: New Zealand Twitch streamer Quin69 originally got the ball rolling and openly doubted that Musk was actually playing the character himself. He even went further and concluded from Musk’s poor playing style that he had no idea about Path of Exile 2.

On January 20th, it was Quin69 again who stated: While Elon Musk can be seen on television at Trump’s inauguration, his character was logged into Path of Exile 2 and was playing a map with level 96.

Quin69 asked the camera: “How can you be there, bro? So honestly, just stop. You’re on the map right now, but I can do you [im Fernsehen] see.”

The clip on Twitch now has over 420,000 views.

“Elon Musk clearly has at least one clone”

That’s how it’s discussed. The Twitch clip is discussed with relish on LivestreamFails on reddit:

  • “This is just evidence of Neuralink that the rank and file do not understand. He really is a god gamer.”
  • “What a gamer!”
  • “He’s worth $400 billion. Of course, at least he has a clone.”
  • “Why wasn’t he banned from GGG for blatant account sharing?”
  • We only dealt with it on January 19th on MeinMMO that Elon Musk admitted that he doesn’t play the account himself. Otherwise it would not be possible to play so high in the rankings, as he said. Now that it’s out, the following applies: Once your reputation is ruined, it blatantly boosts itself: An unknown YouTuber asks Elon Musk whether he cheated in Path of Exile 2, who answers
