In daily life, Peter worked at the Utrecht police, including as chief commissioner. A busy job that he combined with his administrative positions at Elinkwijk. “I’ve always liked that, because we formed the board with people who had a real bond with Elinkwijk,” he says. “I would not have become chairman at any other club. Certainly not.”
