Utrecht – “I have experienced quite a bit here. I think the most of everyone,” says 93-year-old Joop Slagmolen from the Elinkwijk canteen. He still comes here almost every home game and then he feels more than appreciated. “When I sit at a table here, they say that I have to sit in the boardroom. Because I have done so much for this club. I think that’s very nice.” And that became clear during the conversation. Joop repeats this anecdote a number of times.
