(Finance) – Propellerfollowing the announcement regarding the start of the buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 29 April 2021, announced that it had purchasedbetween 2 and 6 May 2022, overall 35,189 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of € 3.19 per share, for a countervalue overall of 112,257 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, Elica has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 135,558 ordinary shares, equal to 0.214% of the share capital), for a total value of 442,020 euros.
