(Finance) – Propelleras part of the buyback program, announced that it had purchasedbetween January 29 and February 16, 2024, in the aggregate 60,834 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of 2.08 euros per share, for a countervalue equal to 126,667 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, the company active in the kitchen hood market has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 1,202,643 ordinary shares, equal to 1.90% of the share capital, for an equivalent value total amounting to 3,213,866 euros
