(Finance) – Propellerfollowing the announcement regarding the start of the second tranche of the buyback program authorized by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022, announced that it had purchasedbetween 8 and 19 August 2022, overall 12,696 treasury sharesat the volume-weighted average price of € 2.97 per share, for a countervalue overall of 37,769 euros.
Since the start of the program and following the purchases made so far, Elica has purchased and holds in its portfolio a total of 368,413 ordinary shares, equal to 0.581% of the share capital), for a total value of 1,136,158 euros.
