In Montenegro, a 34-year-old man has killed at least eleven people and injured at least six more in what allegedly started as a family dispute.
The circumstances surrounding the incident in the town of Cetinje on Friday are unclear, but after the fight the man is said to have gone out into a street and started shooting indiscriminately at people, including children.
The country’s Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic has said that the act is unprecedented in the country’s modern history, and has announced three days of national mourning.
