Born out of the Toyota partnership, Subaru Solterra will play a key role in the Japanese manufacturer’s transition to the electric revolution.
Solterra, which took the podium as the first electric vehicle in Subaru’s history in the last quarter of 2021, acts as a key to the new era. Within the scope of the partnership with Toyota, the model, which shares the same dynamics with the bZ4x, will make this feel as much on the technical side as it is on the design side. Entering the Turkish market in June, Subaru Solterra will be offered to users in three different combinations. In this context, it is possible to see 1,849,500 TL with the peak package in the product range, whose starting price is announced as 1,665,900 TL.

Developed on the e-TNGA platform, Solterra differs significantly from the models within the brand in terms of dimensions. When we look at the official data on this side, we see that the vehicle is 50 millimeters longer than the new Forester and 205 millimeters longer than the XV. The wheelbase of 2,850 millimeters is 180 millimeters ahead of the new Forester and XV. This is an important message for the spaciousness of the interior living space.
When the fully electric Solterra was first introduced, it was featured with two different version types. While 204 PS is offered with the single electric motor and front-wheel drive version at the entry level, 217 PS power and 366 Nm torque values stand out in an upper package that offers 4×4 driving experience. It is worth noting at this point that all Solterra versions, whose prices have been announced, have double electric motors and 4×4 positions. On the battery side, there is a range of 370 kilometers on the 71.4 kWh package. We know that the range value reaches 466 kilometers in models with a single electric motor. This battery pack of Solterra can be brought to 80 percent fullness in less than 1 hour with fast charging support. On the performance side, the 6.9-second 0-100 data stands out. The last generation security assistants, which Subaru calls “EyeSight”, will also be offered as standard in Solterra.
