An 85-year-old woman has died after a house fire in Kallinge in Blekinge on Wednesday. A man in his 90s who was also in the villa is, according to the medical service’s assessment, seriously injured, the police write on their website.
The alarm about the fire came just before eight o’clock on Wednesday evening. What caused the fire is not yet known.
– There is currently no suspicion of crime, but we will still write a report regarding arson in order to be able to investigate what has happened, says Peter Martin, who is the officer on duty at the police.
