The now accused woman was going to reverse her car, but she didn’t check that the reverse was really in. Instead, she drove forward and hit the woman who died. A child was also hit, but was not seriously injured.
The fatal accident occurred in a parking lot in March.
The woman is charged with causing the death of another and negligence in traffic.
