In the extreme north of the island of Palawan, the fishing village of El Nido is the ideal starting point to explore the Bacuit archipelago. Made up of a multitude of wild islets that shelter white sand beaches and karst peaks that plunge into a turquoise sea, sublime underwater seabeds where sea turtles, rays and clown fish evolve, Bacuit can easily rival the bay from Ha Long in Vietnam or Krabi in Thailand.
