At least eight people are reported to have been killed and around twenty injured in last night’s Russian attacks on Ukraine. They were mainly aimed at the Dnipropetrovsk region, according to the Interior Ministry in Kyiv.
“A five-story building is in flames in Dnipro. It is partially destroyed. There may be people under the racial masses,” writes the region’s governor Serhij Lysak on the Telegram messaging service.
Another attack on an area southeast of Dnipro claimed six lives. Among the victims are two children, according to local officials.
At the same time, it is reported from the southern Russian region of Belgorod that 25 Ukrainian drones have been shot down. No people are said to have been injured, but buildings were damaged according to the region’s governor.
