Eight charged after shooting in Hässleholm
Eight people are charged with involvement in a shooting in Hässleholm on the night of October 3 last year. A man was seriously injured and afterwards two teenagers, 17 and 18 years old, who are among the accused, were arrested, reports Northern Scania.
Five people are charged with inciting attempted murder and one with aiding and abetting attempted murder, while the two teenagers are charged with attempted murder. They are also charged with causing danger to another, because three people with no connection to the criminal conflict were nearby and, according to the prosecutor, were exposed to danger.
The trial will be held in the Gothenburg District Court due to the need for a security room.
