(Finance) – After the numerous landings in Piazza Affari recorded at the end of July-beginning of August, another period full of “bells” is about to begin at Palazzo Mezzanotte. In fact, negotiations are expected to start in the next few days four new companies on Euronext Growth Milan (EGM)the Italian Stock Exchange market dedicated to SMEs with high growth potential.
Edil San Felice
The first to ring the bell, the September 27, will be Edil San Felice (ESF), a general contractor mainly active in maintenance services for roads and motorways, and airport structures. The company operates through over 200 employees in Italy and a fleet of over 100 units. The areas of activity are mainly divided into “road safety services” (approximately 73% of turnover) and “maintenance on viaducts and other works of art” (approximately 18% of turnover).
Founded in 1979 in Nola, the company achieved a production value of 34.3 million euros as of 31 December 2022, up 17.5% compared to the previous year. As of June 30, 2023, the company reported preliminary data for 21.2 million in value of production, 5.3 million in EBITDA and 3.3 million in net cash; the backlog of awarded works stood at 83.6 million as of June 30, 2023.
Edil San Felice will land on Piazza Affari with a capitalization of approximately 48.7 million euros, after having raised 11.8 million euros (10.8 million in capital increase and 1 million relating to the possible exercise of the greenshoe option ). The placement price is equal to 2.53 euros per share, at the lower limit of the range identified previously (2.53-2.80 euros per share), while the free float is 22.07% (before any exercise of the greenshoe option on sale).

Elsa Solutions
The following day, that is September 28th, it will be Elsa Solutions’ turn. Established in 1982, the company is active in the motion control and special purpose batteries sector and operates through two different business lines: E-Motion: system integrator activity of industrial automation systems (Motion Control), with which it offers solutions and components for the operation, management and movement control of mechanical systems in the field of industrial automation and precision movement; Aliant: assembly of special purpose battery systems, particularly lithium batteries (and recently, in the hydrogen systems sector). As of the date of the admission document, the company employs 42 people and the main country in which it operates is Italy.

Valica
Friday September 29th Valica is scheduled to join the EGM, a group that operates mainly in Italy in the business of online advertising (digital advertising), the offer of special projects and agency and consultancy services for operators in the tourism market, as well as organization of food and wine events (event marketing) also through so-called phygital marketing. As of 31 December 2022 it achieved consolidated revenues of 2.6 million euros.

Emma Villas
Emma Villas is also expected on Friday 29 September. Established in 2006 by Giammarco Bisogno, it is a leading incoming tour operator active in the sector of weekly tourist rentals of luxury villas and farmhouses with private swimming pools. All properties are marketed and managed exclusively. Emma Villas is the first operator in Italy by number of exclusive properties with a widespread presence in 15 Italian regions and boasts a solid commercial network for property acquisition. The geographical area most covered is Tuscany with 217 properties, followed by Umbria (92), Marche (32) and Emilia Romagna (22).
In 2022 the company marketed 492 villas (compared to 427 in 2021) for a total of approximately 7,390 weeks booked (+55% compared to 2021), mainly concentrated in the June/September period, achieving a turnover of 28.3 million euros and an EBITDA margin of 10.1%.
