The recall applies to Coop Eggs Free-range indoors, 12-pack, size ML, Coop Eggs Free-range indoors, 24-pack, size M, and Xtra Eggs Free-range indoors, 15-pack, size S with best before dates of January 26, 27 and 28 .
Anyone who bought one of the products is asked to return it, and then get the money back.
“Coop takes the incident very seriously and is investigating with the supplier how this could have happened,” writes Coop in the press release.
