The gastronome Edward Blom has become a popular television profile. He has made the Swedish people fall for him after he has shared his food and drink knowledge in both books and TV shows.
On Instagram, where he has 156,000 followers, he shows cooking interspersed with pictures from everyday life with his family. Anyone who follows Blom on the platform has seen that he has spent parts of his summer fixing up and donating in his shack in Dalarna. He has also published holiday pictures with his family.

Edward Blom’s furious criticism
Edward Blom likes to share his food experiences on Instagram, and this time he shared a less pleasant experience with nothing less than straws.
Many companies have chosen to replace plastic straws with ones made of paper to be more environmentally friendly. Even though the change came a couple of years ago, many people still react to paper straws becoming mushy after they have been in contact with liquid for a while.
Even Blom has reacted strongly to this and in a post on Instagram he gives vent to his criticism.
“Paper straws are so damn lousy!”, he writes in the post.
