(Finance) – “The professional experience gained has been safeguarded, but the precarious situation is still far from being resolved”. This is what the national president of Anief, Marcello Pacifico, said at the end of the discussion with the MIM regarding the evaluation procedure for progression to the officials area and high qualification pursuant to the new CCNL. For Anief the general secretary Chiara Cozzetto hey members of the ATA Council Cristina Dal Pino and Alberico Sorrentino.
The administration presented the draft of the Ministerial Decree which starts the confidential procedure and the evaluation tables of qualifications and professional skills. The evaluation commissions will have 100 points available. The professional experience gained is safeguarded and assigns a score of up to 50 points, and in particular 6 points for each year worked in DSGA duties, a point made by our union in the previous meeting. As for the qualifications – Anief explains in a note – there is a maximum score of 25 points, including 10 for a specialist or master’s degree and 7 for a research doctorate. Finally, another 25 points will be awarded for the experience gained in the area to which they belong and depending on whether or not they hold the first or second economic position.
“Each aspirant will be able to decide which region to participate in, but will still be able to participate in only one region. As expressly requested by our union – underlines the Anief – it has been specified that the current year is being evaluated for the purpose of completing the 36 month prerequisite from DSGA FF. The Administration’s objective is to complete the progression of acting staff in a short time in such a way that by September 1st more than 1400 schools (this is approximately the number of positions that will be advertised) will have an EMS Director. At the request of Anief, it was once again reiterated that the ordinary competition will be announced within the year with the Administration’s commitment to hire new staff by September 1, 2025.” “
“A first phase is closing – he declared Pacific – which implements the provisions of the CCNL, as a union we have underlined that many young graduates who in recent years have guaranteed the functioning of our schools through a third-rate consultation are left out of the procedure, an experience that we will try to safeguard because by ignoring the precarious workers we do not school problems are solved. Now we expect the opening of other tables immediately, starting with the one for the increase in the variable management allowance of EMS Directors and for the recognition of the inconvenience allowance for first-cycle Technical Assistants”.
Once the discussion with the unions has been concluded, the decree will be sent to the CSPI for its opinion, to then be signed by the MIM, after which, subject to authorization from the MEF, the notice will be published.
