Education: talking about sexuality with college students

Education talking about sexuality with college students

Talking about sexuality at school means giving words and knowledge to enable students to adopt attitudes of individual and social responsibility. It’s protecting teenagers from the misconceptions circulating on the internet and it’s of course helping them to discover their bodies.

Less than 20% of middle school students benefit from three sex education sessions during the school year, according to a report by the General Inspectorate of National Education. However, these three sessions are provided for by law. Report during a sexuality education session with 4th graders from Jules Vernes College in Paris. Pascale Garcia and Véronique Pigny, marriage and family counselor led the workshop. On the program: romantic relationships.
