(Finance) – Edison And Snam they started exclusive negotiations for the purchase and sale of 100% of Edison Stoccaggio. The two companies announced this in a joint note explaining that the exclusivity follows the competitive process started last October by Edison for the valorization of the subsidiary.
Edison Stoccaggio contributes to the security of the national energy system through three natural gas storage plants located in Cellino (TE), Collalto (TV) and San Potito and Cotignola (RA) and have a total capacity of approximately 1 billion meters cubes per year.
