(Finance) – The Board of Directors of ConstructionAcrobatics, a company specializing in double safety rope construction work, has appointed, subject to approval by the Board of Statutory Auditors, by co-optation, Riccardo Banfo, already the Group’s CFO for some time, who knows its internal dynamics well, as the new director to whom some management delegations are assigned. And, as President of the Board of Directors, effective from today and until the next Shareholders’ Meeting, which will be called to decide, inter alia, on the confirmation of the co-opted director.
