(Telestock) – Edil San FeliceBenefit Company, a leading integrated operator active in the critical infrastructure maintenance sector in Italy,
was awarded, within a Temporary Grouping of Companies composed of SACS (Group Leader) – EDIL
SAN FELICE – OPERATION – CMO, of a contract with a total value of 145,100,000 euros from the Polytechnic of Milan and the Municipality of Milan for the expansion of the University in the “goccia di Bovisa” area.
The share held by Edil San Felice is 13,604,000 million euros of which 6,000,000.00 belong to the OG3 category (Roads) and 7,604,000.00 belong to the OG1 category (Civil buildings).
The works, a note explains, will consist of the construction of five buildings intended to house start-up offices, two buildings of the civic schools of the Municipality of Milan, an area where a food court will be built, and “la Corniche”, or the perimeter road in the “Bosco della Goccia” area.
The works are scheduled to start in September 2024 and will last four years overall.
