(Finance) – The Competition and Market Guarantor Authority (AGCM) objected to Ecosunteka company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the entire electricity supply chain, and to Sergio Marinangeli the violation of the obligation of prior communication in relation to the acquisition of joint control of +Energia by Ecosuntek, through Eco Trade, and Sergio Marinangeli.
The Antitrust therefore decided theinitiation of the procedurefor thepossible imposition of the pecuniary sanctionagainst the company Ecosuntek and Sergio Marinangeli, for failure to comply with the obligations of prior communication of the operation.
