(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Ecomembrane, a leading company in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, announces that Equita SIM – in the role of Global Coordinator of the Listing transaction – has proceeded with the full exercise of the granted Greenshoe Option by Luigi Spedini, for a total of n. 229,389 ordinary shares of the Company.
The exercise price of the shares covered by the Greenshoe Option is equal to 8.50 Euros per share, the same price established in the context of the Listing, for a total value of 1,949,806.50 Euros.
The Offer, including the shares covered by the Greenshoe Option, amounts to a total of no. 1,758,800 ordinary shares of the Company, for a total value of 14,949,800.00 Euros. Following the exercise of the Greenshoe Option, the free float represents approximately 41% of the Company’s share capital.
