(Finance) – Ecomembranesa Cremona-based company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, closed the first half of 2023 with production value equal to 4.9 million euros, EBITDA equal to -0.4 million euros e operating result equal to -1 million euros.
“Ecomembrane underwent a profound transformation and reorganization in the first 6 months of the year, aimed at supporting the expected growth in turnover and culminating with the listing process on the Euronext Growth Milan market”, commented the CEO Lorenzo Spedini.
“At the same time – he added – the turnover achieved in the first 6 months of the year, historically characterized for the parent company by a high level of seasonality and with the greater generation of revenues achieved in the last quarter of each financial year, but above all the current order book, fully confirm the growth potential of the Group which, thanks to its current strategic positioning, the high technological level achieved and confirmed also from the recent obtaining of a patent for low pressure hydrogen storage, and the financial resources obtained with the listing process, it will be able to seize all the new opportunities that will arise in the future”.
