(Finance) – Ecomembranesa Cremona-based company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the design and construction of gas storage and containment systems for the production of green energy, closed the 2023 with a production value equal to 15.6 million euros (+9.2% YoY). L’EBITDA is equal to 2.04 million euros, -36.6% due to the adjustment of structural costs, the ongoing strengthening of which is aimed at allowing the Group to fully seize all the growth opportunities expected in the coming years. The operating result is equal to 1.2 million euros (-33.2%).

Form. The main reason for the change in net financial debt compared to the data as at 31 December 2022 is attributable to the capital raised upon listing, net of the related costs.

The Board of Directors has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 0.05 euros for each entitled share (for a maximum total of 214,705.85 euros), with coupon detachment date of 6 June 2024, date of legitimacy for payment (record date) of 7 June 2024 and date for payment of the dividend on 8 June 2024.
