Ecological transition, Pichetto Fratin meets CNA summit

(Finance) – The Minister of the Environment and Energy Security, Gilberto Pichetto Fratin, met the top of the CNA, the National President, Dario Costantini and the Secretary General, Otello Gregorini. During the cordial conversation, the main dossiers concerning the Green Deal and the measures to accompany small businesses in the ecological transition were addressed.

In particular, the CNA – reports a note – illustrated the proposal to encourage the installation of small photovoltaic systems on the roofs of operating buildings by exploiting the enormous potential of small businesses which can be estimated at over half a million properties. The federal government stressed that the integration of Repower EU into the Pnrr offers the opportunity for a greater involvement of SMEs in the implementation of investments. President Costantini and Secretary General Gregorini underlined the need to guarantee adequate planning, including resources, to adequately manage the challenges arriving from Europe, starting with the reorganization of the incentive mechanisms for the energy requalification of the real estate a medium and long-term plan.

Finally, CNA confirmed its commitment, also thanks to the involvement initiated by MASE, in the comparison with the Community institutions with respect to various dossiers within the Green Deal which will have a significant impact on small businesses: Packaging Regulation, Ecodesign Regulation, the Sustainable Textile Strategy, the Home Directive and the F-gas Regulation.
