(Finance) – The partnership between SACE and believe intended to support Italian companies that intend to invest to reduce their environmental impact. Climate change and the lesser availability of raw materials are leading to an ever greater focus of the economic and production system towards respect for the environment and a more conscious use of resources. To increase its commitment to development with a lower environmental impact, Credem has decided to create a new product dedicated to businesses to support investments with eco-sustainable purposes.
It is a question – explains the note – in particular of a new unsecured loan assisted by the SACE Green Guarantee to finance investments by client companies for environmental sustainability purposes. The loan is aimed at joint stock companies and cooperative companies with registered offices in Italy. The guarantee is equal to 80% of the loan and its cost is predefined between SACE and the bank and is included in the interest rate. The new financing is part of the numerous initiatives launched by the institute to help businesses benefit from the opportunities linked to the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) and sees Credem’s commitment to accompanying businesses towards digital and technological transformation, ecological transition, internationalisation, competitiveness and productivity and thus contributing to the green and digital development of the country. The product “Green” it also pursues the Environmental Objectives defined in accordance with European and Italian legislation in terms of the Green New Deal.
