(Finance) – The European Central Bank (ECB) has decided to suspend publication of the reference rate for the Russian ruble until further notice and therefore the latest data published is March 1, 2022. This was stated in a note by the Bank of Italy, explaining that “due to current market conditions, the ECB cannot determine a EUR / RUB that is representative of the prevailing market conditions“.
