Expectations are high for Ebba Andersson ahead of the new season.
Now the Swede has matched them and proved her great capacity.
The 25-year-old won the national ski team’s internal distance race in Vålådalen.

The Swedish national ski team continues to fully charge ahead of the upcoming ski season. Right now, the entire cross-country team is in Vålådalen to polish the last details before the competition premiere.

Ebba’s form message

Earlier in the week it was a sprint and then it showed Emma Ribom be strongest with the ladies and Marcus Grate the fastest among the men.

The Swedish star skater Ebba Andersson had to settle for a third place in the sprint, but when it was time for the parade distance, the 25-year-old took over the favourites. And she would really live up to the expectations in Vålådalen.

“I am satisfied”

When major competitor Frida Karlsson was missing, Ebba Andersson was the strongest of all and offered a very nice statement of form by winning the national ski team’s internal distance race, ahead of Emma Ribom and Martha Rosenberg.
– It went well, but it’s fiddly before you get into the competition routines. I am satisfied with how I tackled my personal goals, says Ebba in an interview with Viaplay Vinter, see it below.
