The Swedish national ski team is once again the best national team in the world.
But Ebba Andersson reveals an unexpected detail from within the team.
When she shamelessly points out teammate Maja Dahlqvist.
Our Swedish skiing heroes have finished a fantastic skiing season. Once again, it is on the women’s side that the Swedish national skiing team performs best, and there it has gone really well.

But Lynn Svahn, Frida Karlsson and Jonna Sundling in top form during the winter, Sweden managed to win the national competition on the women’s side in the World Cup. A clear proof that the Swedish ski ladies make up the world’s best national team.

Arch-rival Norway wasn’t even close after a mediocre season for the national team from the neighboring country. Now reveals Ebba Andersson an interesting detail from within the Swedish women’s national team and admits that there is a lot of “trash talk” (psyching) within the national team.
– The closest trash talk we have come this season has been internally between the first team and the second team in Sweden, says Ebba in Svenska Spel’s TV magazine “Weekly agenda”.
– Maja (Dahlqvist) has nevertheless been quite strongly in favor of it. I have to say that.
Dahlqvist’s answer
Andersson singles out his teammate in particular Maja Dahlqvist to talk a lot in connection with the relays.
– During the short opportunities that have been given, we have tried to build up an internal battle between the relay teams that we had at the start for Sweden. Then Maja really stepped in to put all the pressure on the first team, explains Ebba in an interview with Expressen.
– It’s mostly about who has everything to win – and who has everything to lose. You can figure out the rest yourself.

Dahlqvist has ended up in the second team during the season and is therefore trying to influence the others in the first team with “trash talk” before the races. But she is still surprised by Ebba Andersson’s words.
– Is it true? Yes… hmm, she says to the evening newspaper and then gets to explain what it’s all about.
– Yes! Then I understand what she means. But it’s mostly Linn (Svahn) I psyched. She has been in the first team and I in the second team. You’re trying to get under the skin and psych yourself out a bit.
