Ebba Andersson had a heavy return to the World Cup.
The Swedish ski star was washed after reaching goals as third.
Now comes the new message which means that Ebba loses money.
It was on Sunday like Ebba Andersson Went to a nice third place during the World Cup in Holmenkollen. But immediately after the race, the Swedish ski star was washed by the Norwegian jury.
Andersson was washed
The reason was that Ebba used an unauthorized skater insert during the race. The Swedish Ski National Team appealed the decision from the Norwegian jury immediately but was rejected directly in place.

There is evidence on Andersson’s wrongdoing in the form of a video sequence, but so far only the national team management and the jury have seen the film. The skiing team has also submitted another protest, but for the second time on the rake it has been denied.
“It will be a refusal from the International Ski and Snowboard Association, FIS, regarding the appeal submitted in connection with Ebba Andersson being awarded a yellow card in Holmenkollen,” the national team writes in a press release.
Ebba loses money
Of course, Sweden’s national team leadership is extremely disappointed with the new message.
– We are disappointed that the appeal does not go through and still do not agree in the jury’s decision. Regardless of the results of the appeal, it was our ambition to shed light on the situation where Ebba Andersson was washed is complex and that it is important for the active to get answers and understanding of how the jury reasoned, says length manager Lars Öberg in a statement.
– We believe that the issue is important to raise in a major discussion in our sport, in order to get consensus on what is a rule violation and not in classical skiing.

Ebba Andersson’s washing also means an economic setback for the Swedish who loses valuable money for its continued skiing. The missed third means that she misses 5,000 Swiss francs, about SEK 58,000.
But Ebba also slips down at the total position for the World Cup from fifth place to seventh place, which means she loses another 8,000 Swiss francs, about SEK 92,000. As a result, the washing means that Andersson loses SEK 150,000 in pure prize money.
