Ebba Andersson has had a mild variant of covid-19 and has been in light training for a couple of days. The plan has always been to run the Tour de Ski, which was confirmed by herself this evening.
“You can guess who tried to rest in shape throughout the Christmas holiday? But healthy & well again and now preparing for the Tour de Ski”, writes Andersson on Instagram from Lavazé in Italy, where she is loading up for the tour.
She has also shared a picture where she is standing smiling in a wintry forest environment. Earlier in the day, Calle Halfvarsson also gave the green light to the tour after also having covid.
The Tour de Ski begins on December 30 in Toblach, Italy.
